Project Description

This project was a 14-story premiere student housing complex, providing housing for over 500 students located across the street from U of A campus and close to Tucson’s Modern Streetcar. We provided balcony guard rails on each floor along wire mesh rails at the roof pool. Also part of our scope was the decorative fencing for the mechanical yard enclosure, bike parking, garage vent screens and steel planters.
